What happened
The agent confirmed that it still has access to the CRM credentials but cannot reach the previous CRM endpoint due to a 403 error. It verified that a local CRM is operational with a separate database containing 10 contacts, but this is not the same dataset as the former CRM accessed via `crm.strohmpartners.com`. The agent clarified that it does not have verified access to the former CRM data.
